Pro Tech Repair & Solutions dba PhoneRepairDallasTx ("we," "our," "us") provides this Warranty Policy outlining terms and conditions for repair services.
1-Year Limited Warranty on OEM spec parts for defects in parts and labor.
30-Day Warranty on budget-friendly parts covering manufacturer defects.
Warranty excludes customer-induced damage, liquid exposure, and tampering by third parties.
Battery replacements: No guarantee of improved battery life due to manufacturer defects or prior damage.
Software issues post-repair are not covered.
Manufacturer updates that disable a repair (e.g., Face ID/OLED compatibility) are not our responsibility.
Warranty claims are subject to our discretion. We may deny claims if we determine issues fall outside coverage.
We are not liable for data loss; customers must back up data before service.
Pre-existing damage: We are not responsible for hidden issues if a device is non-functional before repair.
Warranty void if warranty seal(s) are removed or tampered with.
Samsung Curved Screen Disclaimer: Repairs on curved-edge displays are at the customer’s risk due to fragility.
Customer Negligence: Using uncertified chargers, installing risky software, or mishandling voids the warranty.
If our repair causes irreparable damage, we may offer a replacement device at our discretion.

Refurbished
A different model of equivalent value
Replacements are based on availability and provided as a courtesy, not an admission of liability.
Warranty is valid only for customers within the Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) area. Customers relocating outside DFW must follow our Warranty Returns Policy.
Customers must return the defective part at their expense. After inspection confirming no physical or liquid damage, a full refund for the part will be granted. Labor costs are non-refundable.
No refunds/returns for labor, services, or parts unless covered under this policy.
We do not manage insurance policies; third-party warranties (e.g., Akko) are subject to their terms. Insurance claims are handled by the provider; we are not responsible for denied claims or premium increases. Accessories (cases, chargers, screen protectors) have no warranty unless stated on purchase invoice.
Used & Refurbished Device Sales: Sold as-is with a 14-day return policy for undisclosed manufacturer defects only.
